Two brown-outs and the it-seemed-like-it's-going-to-rain climate failed to dampen the high spirits of Batch '73.
Dome 1 of Arnevel Le Jardin was filled with laughters and applause as each number and parlor game unfolded.
All three celebrants (Hoy Myrna Lacsamana, we missed you especially the cake you promised to bring!) were beaming as their batchmates greeted them a happy birthday.
For 2 1/2 hours, the group enjoyed dancing to the pulsating beat of the 70s disco music.
