Anyway...nice to see you all sa ating blog.

Planning session for 37th Batch '73 reunion (Sept 4)

On September 4, the Gensan-based Batch '73 had a potluck dinner meeting as part of the planning session for next year's reunion at Kabatch Vir and Sonia Lauzon's residence.Discussed the planning session was the inclusion of dates before December 2010. The group is looking at the last week of November 2010 for a probable date option for our reunion.
Our Kabatch also passed the hat to start a mortuary fund aimed at providing any Kabatch who may be needing help in case of death in their family. Also discussed was the provision of livelihood training and/or opportunities for our less-fortunate Kabatch. The group is looking into linkages for this.Kabatch Bebot Sanchez is asking for our prayers as we remember the birthdays of our departed Kabatch Juanito Omen Go (Sept. 19) and Mario Macaraeg (Sept. 30).Upcoming Kabatch-birthday celebrants: Evelyn Nene Duran (Sept. 20) and Vivencio Toto Soguilon (Sept. 29)
